Ross Miller
The next generation of the Miller family to enter the hairdressing industry. Ross is noted as a hairdresser that ‘listens’ and as a result is extremely busy.
His wide range of skills include Bridal work, Cutting, Colouring and he is a Great Lengths Hair Extensions expert often being asked to teach other salons this skill.
A member of the salon’s Artistic Team he has appeared on stage at many shows. Most recently appearing with HABIA on stage in London as part of their skills team. Along with Anne, their photographic portfolio is now international.
Training Director of the salon, he supervises the next generation of hairdressers.
Anne Miller
A founder member of the salon . The name Renella has been handed down from her mother Maria or Mary Renella Stuart who was also a hairdresser.
Anne’s strong point is being able to teach her staff not only the basic hairdressing and fashion work but to think like customers themselves. It is this ability that makes Renella that bit different. The hairdresser that customers gravitate to when something goes wrong or they need the answer to a particular problem. Her expertise with problem hair is without peer.
From competition work to stage presentations her work is always admired for its feminine charm.
Anne won a Regional Training Award away back in 1993 when Training awards were unfashionable.
She is now the salon’s Quality Director and originates much of the training procedures.
